After a long time using an old free version (3.8), just purchased and installed the talest one, and found the same problem, TC no longer integrates in the shell. (Windows 10 Home 22H2 - 19045)
I looked for the older version, and in the Blog section (up right) found a link to download TC 3.9.7
Not the best solution, but it works as I was used to, and in the meantime we'll wait hoping that the issue is solved.
