Set sort field and sort order for Favorites

I am constantly clicking the column headings in Explorer and in Open/Save As dialogs to get things sorted as needed for the particular information in question. Sometimes, an alpha sort works, sometimes a date sort, and occasionally something else. Over time, wrist problems has increased, so anything that can be done to reduce mousing around is helpful.
