TeraCopy with Expanded View closed but with File List Open.

Can we have TeraCopy with Expanded View closed but with the File List Open (Like v2.3) ?

PS. And maybe in a feature update, a button where the picture below shows (or somewhere else), to dynamically close and open the File List.
